In 2009 the group The Pitch was founded, with Koen Nutters (bass), Morten J. Olsen (vibraphone) and Boris Baltschun (reed organ). The quartet neither plays compositions nor do they improvise – their vehicles used for travelling are combinations of pitch-sets, dimension-sets, superimposition-sets and duration-sets.The band toured Switzerland, Belgium and Holland in autumn 2009. The concert in Brussels was released as an LP on gaffer records, entitled Transposition Zero.
